    Returning

    Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but of course you can return the items to us within 30 days without giving any reason. We like to make this easy for you, which is why we work with reliable partners such as PostNL and DHL.

    From the Netherlands you can return without a printer, register your return in our portal and you will receive a barcode or QR code that you can have scanned at the parcel point when handing in your return package. 

    How does it work?
    Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our return portal;
    Add the packing slip to your return package;
    You then have 14 days to return the package.

    Return costs
    - From the Netherlands you can return printerless for € 4.95 
    - From Belgium you can return for € 4.95
    - From Germany you can return for € 6.95
    - Returns from other countries are at the customer's expense

    Please note: there are some items that fall outside the normal return policy. These are listed under 'Exceptions return policy'

    Return conditions
    - The item is undamaged, not used and not washed
    - The item is provided with the original, undamaged and complete product packaging if possible
    - The item is fixed during shipping to prevent transport damage
    - The packing slip is added to the package

    The purchase amount including any shipping costs charged by us will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation. The payment method chosen for the purchase is used for this. There are no costs involved.

    If you want, you can print, fill in and send a standard return form (this is not mandatory).

    Exceptions to return policy
    The items below cannot be returned, this is also expressly stated in the product information:
    - PACKAGE DEALS: packages with remnants of bath textiles or remnants of tableware
    - REMANDS: remnants of bathrobes or towels of which other sizes are no longer available
    - 2ND CHOICE ITEMS: articles with minor damage or defective packaging 
    - Items from the Blomus GROW series of which the vacuum packaging has been opened

    Because some articles cannot be sent via normal parcel post, the return costs are for the account of the customer. The additional return conditions can be found in the product information of these articles on our website:

    - Yua steel garden furniture
